Fixed randomized practice sessions restoring stale data or rejecting answers after a reload. Sessions can now resume safely after a connection interruption or page refresh.
On reload, the current exercise set is checked against your saved progress so an older set cannot be restored by mistake.
Answer progress is saved before submission, reducing duplicate answers and ordering errors after a reload during submission.
Completion can also resume from your saved progress after a disconnect near the end of a session.
