You can now send an inquiry through a public form even if you can't sign in, and the footer links have been fixed.
A public inquiry window now lets you reach out about account or billing issues—such as being unable to sign in or a subscription not appearing—without logging in.
Previously the inquiry screen required sign-in, so people who couldn't log in had no way to reach support.
The broken links that remained in the footer have also been fixed.
