Fixed taps being blocked during and right after the correct/incorrect feedback animation, and quick taps not registering. You can now continue to the next answer as soon as feedback is shown.
The feedback animation could remain on the screen after becoming invisible and intercept input. It no longer interferes with quiz controls.
Some mobile browsers could recognize a tap but fail to deliver the corresponding click, leaving choices or buttons unresponsive. Short, low-movement taps are now handled so fewer actions are missed.
Answer recording no longer holds up the feedback path, making consecutive answers smoother, and taps are less likely to become unresponsive after returning from the background.
