ImprovementSwitch from monthly to yearly in the app
Subscription settings now include a path to move from the monthly plan to the better-value yearly plan.
Monthly subscribers can now switch to the yearly plan directly from settings. The yearly plan works out cheaper than paying month by month.
We also fixed plan changes failing under certain conditions.
