1. Scope
This policy applies to subscriptions and non-redeemable, non-transferable digital learning credits purchased through the Poker Q'z website.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the applicable store's refund rules and process. See “6. Apple App Store and Google Play purchases” below.
2. Cancelling a web subscription
- You may cancel a web subscription at any time before its next renewal date.
- Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, you may continue using the applicable paid features through the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Deleting your account may not automatically cancel your subscription. Please use the subscription management page provided with your purchase or contact us for assistance.
3. Refunds for web purchases
Payments for web subscriptions and digital learning credits are generally non-refundable. We generally do not provide prorated refunds for an unused portion of a subscription period after cancellation. Digital learning credits that have been delivered or used are also generally non-refundable.
We may review a refund request individually after considering the purchase, use of the service, and applicable law in circumstances including:
- duplicate charges for the same order;
- an unintended amount or number of charges caused by a technical error;
- a material technical issue attributable to us that prevents us from providing the purchased paid service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time; or
- where a refund is required by applicable law.
Payments made through our website, and any approved refunds, are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record (the authorized reseller). Paddle's name may appear on your receipt, payment statement, or transaction-related email.
4. How to request a refund
To request a review, contact info@cloviz.co.jp as soon as reasonably possible after the purchase and include:
- the email address registered with Poker Q'z;
- the Paddle order or transaction number;
- the purchase date;
- the amount and currency; and
- the reason for your request.
We may request additional information to verify your identity or the transaction. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval; requests are assessed under this policy and applicable law.
5. When an approved refund will appear
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. After we or Paddle complete the refund, the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer, bank, or other payment provider.
6. Apple App Store and Google Play purchases
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by the applicable store's billing and refund rules. To request a refund, normally use the process provided by the store for the account used to make the purchase. If you contact us, we can provide purchase information and review any support steps the relevant store makes available to us. Paddle does not process App Store or Google Play purchases.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws that apply where you live. If this policy conflicts with such a law, that law will prevail.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in law, payment-provider requirements, or our services. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
