Fixed being signed out unexpectedly right after signing in, and more

Right after signing in by email, a temporary loading failure could sign you out. We now wait briefly and retry so you aren't signed out by mistake.

Signing out now also clears the game history saved on your device.

Fixed some opponents' icons, such as LINE profile pictures, not showing. If an icon can't be loaded, their initial is shown instead.
