100BB reset reliably applies at every hand in friend matches

In friend matches with “reset to 100BB every hand” turned on, all seated players are now set to 100BB right before each hand begins.

Custom stack choices are disabled while the reset applies, and if someone leaves and rejoins the same seat, an earlier player’s stack will not be passed on to someone else.
