Hands without a computable expected value no longer show a wrong one

For some all-in hands where the expected value couldn't be calculated, the actual result was shown as the expected value, sometimes producing figures like -100 even when your equity wasn't zero.

These hands now show no expected value and are left out of expected value stats and period totals. Your past stats are displayed as before.
