On Android devices where notifications were allowed but reminders weren't arriving, notification registration now happens automatically.
On Android, many devices had notifications allowed yet still missed reminders, because there was no path to register already-allowed devices for notifications afterward.
Devices that have notifications allowed are now registered automatically, and registration is retried even after permission was granted. Trial-ending reminders are more likely to arrive.
