Removed invalid quiz scenarios (like asking you to act after you're already all-in), stopped awarding full credit to tiny alternatives, and clarified misleading Japanese explanations.
Quiz scenarios that were impossible to answer correctly have been removed, and grading no longer awards full correctness to tiny, marginal alternatives.
Some Japanese explanations for full-house and cold-call situations were also clarified.
