Extend the skin shop so avatar frames can be bought and equipped outside matches

Table themes could be purchased from Settings outside a match, but avatar frames were only available from the in-match menu. The skin screen (themes and avatar frames) now brings them together so you can shop between matches.

Purchased items can also be equipped from the same screen. It reuses the existing theme purchase flow, so pricing and catalog items are unchanged.
