Some notifications used Japan time for quiet-hours checks, which meant users outside Japan could receive them in the middle of their local night.

Delivery is now determined and adjusted using each user's local time, so reminders tied to learning milestones or first-time purchases arrive at a sensible hour.

Fewer notifications will interrupt users in the middle of the night, regardless of where they live.
