Fewer failed exercise submissions and fewer false errors in friend matches

Depending on the connection, resending an exercise answer could be rejected with an “answer already exists” error. Resending the same answer is now accepted correctly.

In friend matches, leaving or reloading the screen could trigger an error notice. That no longer happens, so you're only notified when something actually goes wrong.
