Fixed mismatches in quiz explanations, action history and question selection

We fixed explanations that gave a reason to call when going all-in was correct, said there were no draws despite a backdoor straight draw, called monotone boards "dry," or suggested sizing down when the small size was wrong. Board types that appeared in English in several languages are now translated.

The action history no longer sometimes shows a player who was all-in as folding. Questions where no action meets the correct-answer threshold, and preflop condition-practice questions from spots your hand almost never reaches, are no longer asked.

Reports sent from your learning history now include the situation, action history and your answer.
