Bug fixLesson and drill progress is now saved reliably around app updates
If a lesson or quiz was open across an update, starting it could keep failing and progress wasn't saved. The page now reloads automatically.
In lessons or quizzes opened before an update, starting or completing them could fail on every tap. Now the page reloads once as soon as it's found to be out of date, so you can continue on the latest version.
We also fixed a rare error when answering the first drill question immediately after starting.
