We addressed iOS and Android purchases that were shown as failed even though payment went through, or that never reached the payment sheet.
On iOS, purchases no longer time out and count as failed while the payment sheet is open, and purchases that complete afterwards are applied properly. When confirmation is taking a while, you now see a "Confirming" message. The payment sheet also opens faster after you tap the purchase button.
On Android, we fixed a cause of purchases never reaching the payment sheet and now automatically recover purchases whose confirmation never arrived. Buying coins in a quantity greater than one now grants the full amount.
If a renewal payment made on the web fails, you can now update your payment method or cancel from the app.
