Stop the event banner from covering the page header when navigating

Fixed the event banner covering the back button, coins, and mail icons at the top of the page after navigating.

Navigating from the game screen or Grow to pages like today's quiz could leave the event banner sitting over the destination's header (back, coins, mail).

Banner dismissal is now aligned with the layout, so it no longer covers the top of the new page.
