Fixed the brief flash of a match-loading screen right after opening the app before it settles on the learning screen.
When opening the app after it was fully closed, a brief loading screen flashed before the learning screen appeared for users who had set it as their default.
The startup display order was changed to check the setting first, so the learning screen now appears right away.
