The option to change your email address, previously shown only for some accounts, is now available to everyone with a verified address. The FAQ has been updated to match the actual behavior.
The ability to change your email address already existed, but the option was only surfaced for some accounts, so users with an already-verified address couldn't find a way to change it from settings. That option is now shown for these users too.
Once you choose to change it, the new address takes effect after verification at the new destination. The help text was also updated to match the actual feature, so the guidance no longer contradicts reality.
