Premium members can now host friend-match rooms for free

Hosting a friend-match room previously cost the host time coins.

If the primary host has an active premium membership, those coins are no longer charged, so you can easily set up games with friends. Billing for non-premium members is unchanged.

An explanation of this premium benefit has also been added to the friend-match entry and room settings.
