Tilt refers to a state where one becomes emotional and unable to make calm decisions. It can be caused by frustration from losing or anxiety over bad luck, leading to a breakdown in normal play.

  • After receiving consecutive bad beats, I repeatedly go all-in recklessly out of frustration.
  • Despite having a strong hand and losing, he got upset and made a large bet in the next hand, even though he was at a disadvantage.

  • To prevent tilt, it's important to control your emotions and maintain your play style. It's recommended to take deep breaths or take a temporary break.
